Sink thankfully into that loving energy field

Your awareness of the divine energies enveloping the Earth is growing daily and enabling you to strengthen your intent to be visible bearers of the light. Your presence and the intent that you hold are essential aspects of humanity’s awakening process, and are the reason that you are on Earth at this most significant moment in her history. Do not allow any doubts or anxieties about your worth or abilities to distract you from your light-bearing task – because it is essential. The effects that your prayers and enlightened intentions are having all across the planet are extremely powerful, even though you probably have no personal sense of this. Just accept that what you are doing by holding the light could not be done by anyone but you. Your energy signatures, expressed through the lives you are leading, are brilliant, beautiful, and quite remarkable to behold, and you are greatly respected for the choices you made to be incarnate at this point in Earth’s evolution.
As you live through each day, take a minute every hour or so to renew your intent to behave in a kindly and gentle fashion at all times, and intend to meld that intent with those of all other light-holders. This is a very powerful way to strengthen and intensify the effectiveness of all light-holders, because it amplifies the divine energy field embracing you and willing all to awaken. Humanity’s path to awakening has, over the last three or four decades, grown into a multilane superhighway to Heaven, which all can and will join, and from which there are no exits! Having joined it you are led inexorably to your divine destination.
Humanity’s “adventure” in the illusion has been long and painful, and it has taught you that separation from God is a state that, were it possible, should not even be momentarily contemplated because of the extreme and infinite grief that it would cause, way beyond the horrors of the hell with which some religions threaten their adherents.
There is only God’s divine Reality, in which all of creation has its ecstatic and eternal existence, so there is absolutely no need for any alternative options, as none of them could provide anything you could possibly desire. Nothing else is necessary or could ever be necessary. . . end of story! The illusion was an insane attempt to offer something that Reality could not, and you will never again experience the unmitigated horrors that many of you experience in that non-existent state. It has been filled with the preposterous hopes and desires of a completely demented mind, which are followed inevitably by the excruciating shock of utter disappointment. Its time is over, and you will release your attachment to it as you awaken into infinite peace and joy, with the wisdom to accept and embrace your eternal state of indissoluble Union with God.
Your moment of awakening is near. The joy and happiness that will envelop you as it occurs is far beyond your ability to conceive as you continue for a short while more to experience the severely limited capabilities imposed on you by your choice to cloak yourselves in human bodies. This illusory state was an exceedingly ill-thought-out idea you had conceived and then developed, because it appeared to offer you interesting and varied experiences unavailable in Reality. As you are now aware, it has been catastrophic as you have fought with, killed, and tortured one another. But there is no “other”! You are One! It is not surprising that it has been painful because you have been attacking – yourself! Fortunately, of course, it is only a nightmare – horrendous, yes, but completely unreal.
Accelerate your movement towards awakening by focusing on the divine flame that burns continuously within each of you. See only that, and not the illusory human failings that your bodily senses respond to. And focus on the abundance of love it offers you at all times. You are surrounded by God’s divine energy field into which you can allow yourselves to sink luxuriously, or which you can continue to resist for a short while longer. Is it not a no-brainer? Relax, accept, and sink thankfully into that loving energy field in preparation for your magnificent, grand awakening.

Changing your beliefs can be painful

Many of you are finding life very trying at present as various issues that need your attention rumble around just below your level of conscious awareness, stirring up your emotions and making you feel sad, depressed, irritable, and plain angry. Maybe you have tried sitting with those feelings in an attempt to identify their underlying cause, and then release them. And it is quite likely that you have had difficulty making any progress because the feelings, the inner discomforts, remain, even though you cannot identify any issues that might be causing them. Just relax as best you can and accept the moods as they flow through you, and intend to release them. They may last a day or two but they will pass, and when they do, you will feel lighter and more buoyant.
All feelings, all moods, all emotions pass; they are only temporary, although they may be repetitive. The more you can relax and accept them in the moment – without acting on them but acknowledging them and intending to release them – the more effective will be your intent to let them go. At times what you feel or think may seem outrageous, and you may say to yourselves: “How could I have thoughts or feelings like these!? They are totally unacceptable!” Do not let them worry you; everyone experiences emotions, thoughts, and feelings that “good, loving people could not possibly have!” Your ego is just trying, and quite possibly succeeding, in distracting you by drawing you into judgment. Thoughts, emotions, and feelings are just part of the illusion’s energy flow – meaningless, unless you focus on them, encourage them, or act on them.
You give meaning to your lives by paying attention, developing your thoughts, engaging with them, and then making decisions and acting on them. Until you do that, they have no meaning. You choose to seek meaning in Reality by focusing there, or in the illusion by focusing there, and because the illusion distracts you with thoughts and emotions of safety and survival, that is where you mostly end up focusing your attention.
The thoughts on which you choose to focus your attention determine how you experience your lives. It is always your choice. Many thoughts flow through your mind daily as you dwell in the illusion, and it is always your choice which ones you attend to and develop. You need to remind yourselves frequently that you, that all sentient beings, are perfect divine beings eternally and infinitely loved by God. And because of that you are – every one of you – of infinite worth and value. In the illusion, practically every culture engages in judgment, and judgment leads to doubt, fear, guilt, and a sense that others are more valuable than you, as you struggle with shame and embarrassment over aspects of yourselves that you find unacceptable and which you know others would judge most harshly, and rightly so if they knew of them.
Be kind and charitable to yourselves; accept yourselves because you are totally acceptable, having been created perfect by God. Once you start truly accepting yourselves just as you are, you will find yourselves engaging less and less frequently in behavior (thoughts, words, or actions) that you, and you feel sure others, judge as unacceptable. It really is a very basic fact that if you believe that you are unacceptable, then you will engage in unacceptable behavior, and if you believe that you are acceptable, then you will not. It is simply that you act on your beliefs to prove to yourselves that they are valid, so if you do not like yourselves then change your beliefs! They are not set in stone and can be very limiting and destructive. And you most definitely can change them; after all, it was once believed that the Earth was the center of the Universe, and if you disagreed, you were judged to be dangerously sinful.
Of course, changing your beliefs can be painful because you have invested so much of yourselves in them. And to admit that you were wrong can make you feel ashamed because you fear the reactions of others when they hear about it. So start with small prejudices or viewpoints that no one else knows about, and you will be amazed at how much lighter you feel when you release yourselves from them and allow yourselves to acknowledge their invalidity and experience the freedom of no longer being governed by the constraints they imposed on you.
To awaken is to embrace your true state – which is limitless. When you look around, you cannot avoid noticing the restrictions that beliefs place on those who adhere to them, and conversely, the freedom enjoyed by those who are open-minded and willing to question and examine their own beliefs and those of others. All your technological progress has occurred because previous concepts that were found to be unsatisfactory were questioned, and found to be erroneous and unduly restrictive. Beliefs can be useful as steps on the path to knowledge, much as are hypotheses, but when enforced as self-evident and unchangeable truths, they prevent knowledge from growing. The same is true for spiritual beliefs, which are basically human ideas about God, authoritatively enforced, which again prevents meaningful discussion and the growth in understanding that would follow.
So practice being free, by questioning your beliefs and assumptions, and discarding any that no longer serve you. Enjoy the lightness you experience, and then do some more questioning. Understand and accept with compassion the resistance or refusal you meet in others, without trying to persuade them to change. Be gentle, otherwise you will just replace one set of invalid beliefs with another, as you judge others wrong for not questioning theirs. Love is always gentle and compassionate, so treat yourselves and all others with gentleness and compassion, and continue to grow lighter and freer as the moment for your awakening approaches.

You will begin to get glimpses and premonitions of the wonders that await you

The density of physicality is diminishing as your frequencies rise in preparation for your move into full consciousness. This is demonstrated by the sense of impermanence that many are feeling as they move through relationships, jobs, places that they call home, and as contact with old friends and family is lost or much reduced. Everyone and everything seems to be on the move, and in a way that is the case, as you move into position to take on and fulfill the new roles awaiting you when you awaken.
You are not going to be sitting around in awe and wonder! You have planned very creative and satisfying roles for yourselves that will keep you very busy – and most enjoyably so. You all have huge creative potential of which you are basically unaware as you plod on through the illusory environment in what may well seem to be a rather meaningless and, perhaps, boring fashion. And this is because, as you have lost your memories of Reality, your search for meaning – the significance of life on Earth – often seems quite misguided or pointless.
This will change when the veils fall from your eyes and the stunning vistas they have hidden from you come into view. It is a little like being on an extremely long ocean voyage with nothing in sight but the sea – sometimes calm and leaden, sometimes in a raging storm – and it has been going on so long that you can hardly remember what it is like to be on land. Then, you start to get new and enticing smells, maybe there is pollen in the air, an occasional butterfly. Your excitement mounts: you must be nearing the end of your voyage! Then on the horizon, growing larger every moment, you can see land bathed in sunshine, green hills, brilliant sandy beaches. Your spirits rise as you imagine the joy of touching the earth and the trees, of smelling the flowers and tasting the marvelous fruit that will be available, and joyful anticipation fills your hearts.
So as your journey Home approaches its end, allow your hearts to fill with joy in the absolute knowledge that what awaits you will most certainly not disappoint you. Truly your imminent arrival is to be a magnificent occasion, overwhelming you with honors for your steadfast determination and courage in competently and successfully completing your long and arduous journey.
To awaken, as you will, is your divine destiny, guaranteed since the moment of apparent separation from Reality. At that point you fell into the illusion and began to experience the misery of that separation from God as suffering, pain, conflict, and the terror of other horrors, unknown but vividly imagined, along with seemingly endless periods of time in which to ponder on it all. Many are still holding firmly to their belief in that illusory state, so make a point of carrying your Light on high, and sharing your love with all, to help them on their path to awakening.
It is to be a mass event bringing intense happiness, which, in your present state, is quite inconceivable to you while the illusion still seems so real. So holding your Light high and sharing your love unconditionally and indiscriminately also helps you in the final stages of this arduous journey. As you continue to move ahead toward your heavenly destination, the divine energy field enveloping you is intensifying, and you will begin to get glimpses, intuitive sensations, and premonitions of the wonders that await you. You know that you are almost Home. Focus on that knowing and allow time to speed up and whisk you Home to a tumultuous welcome.

That is what is meant by “the end times”

God’s Love for humanity and for all of His creation is limitless, eternal, and indiscriminate, He loves all with equal intensity, and so called “sins” are no barrier to His Love. Without His Love no one can exist, so no one is without His Love, ever, and that is divine truth. Those who judge anyone as being unworthy of God’s Love, or separated from it, are themselves misguided, confused, or hallucinating – remember, your human condition is illusory; it is a nightmare in which loveless situations are constantly occurring; it is not Reality – and so they too will awaken, because all will awaken, into the divine wonder that is Reality.
Presently, your planet is being inundated with Love from the divine realms to assist and ensure your awakening, and signs of your imminent awakening are apparent everywhere. Look for those signs – truly you cannot possibly avoid seeing them – and rejoice that you are incarnate at this moment in your history to actively take part in this fantastic event. All pain, suffering, conflict, disagreement, disharmony, distrust, and disappointment are to end – permanently. That is the divine Will, and yours, because you are one with It. Your will and God’s are identical; you just chose to be temporarily unaware of it, and that time is approaching its end. That is what is meant by “the end times.”
Prior to your awakening, there will be some confusion and anxiety because the change from deep sleep to full wakefulness is a vast change, an enormous step, a little bit like the temporary disorientation you can experience when you awaken in the morning from deep sleep. Don’t be alarmed. You are about to awaken into full-conscious awareness of who you truly are, and that will be an occasion of extreme exhilaration as you experience the wonder of knowing God and His Love for you directly and personally.
As you wait to awaken, continue to hold your Light high, demonstrating love and compassion in every moment, and relax in the peace that your loving attitudes bring you. Even in the illusion there are no accidents or coincidences; all that occurs is directed by intent, and the intent is to learn and to evolve, and that is what you have been doing. The rate at which you have been evolving has accelerated enormously in recent years in preparation for your awakening, and it will continue to do so until that moment arrives.
Focus on keeping your hearts open in every moment and in every situation – to accept, absorb, and share the Love that surrounds and envelops you, and that desires only to embrace you and share Itself with all with whom you interact, and who are, of course, in the same situation – embraced by Love and sharing It with you. Those with whom you interact and who do not respond in like manner are fearful, in pain, and desperately need your love and acceptance which they receive just by entering your energy field. You need do nothing to enable this loving energy interchange except to refrain from attack or defense, which blocks your outgoing love flow. It can seem frightening not to defend yourselves from an attack, so remind yourselves that an attack is just a desperate call for love and acceptance from ones who have severe doubts about their self-worth, because you know that all are of infinite worth, as all are perfect divine creations. Be strong, be love, and your strength will grow as does your trust in God. Your energy field will demonstrate this by bringing peace and calm to every situation you encounter, allowing the healing balm of your love to soothe and comfort everyone with whom you interact, as you carry your Light high in the service of your heavenly Father. Your awakening draws nigh, and a grand celebration has been prepared to welcome you Home.

The sense of excitement mounts

Humanity is on course and on schedule for its great awakening. All over the world excited anticipation is building and intensifying, yet many have no idea why they are experiencing these feelings, especially as the main media are constantly reporting only bad news on so many fronts. It seems to make no sense, yet still the sense of excitement mounts. And it will continue to do so because an event of unprecedented importance and magnitude is to occur, and the energy waves preceding it are already being widely felt.
So many of you have been praying and hoping for this moment whilst holding your light high and determinedly setting the intent to bring it into effect. Your efforts have been quite remarkable and stunningly effective, as you will soon understand when all falls into place exactly as planned.
God’s plan for humanity is magnificent, encompassing, as it does, all the knowledge and the prophecies that have been presented to you over the eons, and bringing them together in a synergistic whole – your awakening into full consciousness. Throughout the eons of your earthly existence, individuals among you have received and shared information and forecasts about this time period, and during recent decades this flow of information has become so widespread that very few on Earth can honestly claim that they are totally unaware of it. They may have chosen to deny, discount, or disparage it, but claiming total ignorance of the forecasts of the event that lies just ahead is unrealistic – like the illusion.
This reluctance to look beyond what can be sensed and interpreted by your physical bodies themselves, or with the tools that you use to assist them, is one of the more unfortunate aspects of the illusion, because it closes off vast areas of knowledge and information that would otherwise be available to humanity in its search for life’s meaning. Nevertheless, God’s plan to awaken His beloved children cannot be in any way disrupted, interfered with, or delayed by this choice a few have made to block their awareness of Him and of His infinite Love for them. However, their choice to remain unaware will be honored as the awakening occurs all around them. When they are ready to change their minds, all the assistance they could possibly need to bring them to wakefulness will be provided, and they too will awaken into the wondrous joy that is Reality.
The energy waves preceding your awakening are continuously strengthening and intensifying as that moment draws closer. None who live in the hope and expectation of experiencing the Love in which their Father has enfolded them will in any way be dissatisfied, disappointed, or dismayed. The wonder of wakefulness will dissolve the illusion, along with the disharmony, confusion, and chaos with which it has seemed to blight all your efforts to remember Him and the Reality that you share with Him, always.
As you awaken, the Oneness of God’s divine creation will shine most brilliantly upon you, showing you the infinitely vast and beautiful environment from which you had been hiding by taking refuge in your nightmares; and all those whom you have always known and loved will surround you, welcoming you back to the land of the living! In truth, life in the illusion could hardly be called life at all, for it has been bare subsistence backed by the constant hope, growing recently to certainty, that you would one day return to your divine Home. And that is about to happen, as termination point for the illusion – the moment of awakening – approaches, to usher in unbridled exaltation.

Enormous changes of attitude enable you to look with love instead of fear on your sisters and brothers everywhere

The divine moment for which all have been waiting with such zestful enthusiasm draws ever closer. The energy preceding it, and leading the way, is intensifying and affecting all of humanity; everyone feels it, even if they are in total denial of anything that cannot be seen, heard, tasted, touched, or smelt by their physical senses. And so the sense of excited anticipation grows. People everywhere are sensing that something of great significance for humanity is about to occur – and they are not mistaken.

The Light that you aware ones are carrying and demonstrating so prominently is growing ever brighter as the love that burns within you intensifies and flows out to meld and mingle with the energy fields of everyone with whom you interact, by thoughts, words, or physical presence. Its brilliance is stunning to behold in the spiritual realms, and it is clearly perceived in the physical realms by those who have activated their ability to perceive human energy fields. A most beautiful aura envelops your whole solar system as the moment for your awakening prepares to embrace you.

It is indeed a marvelous time to be physically present on the Earth plane so that you can experience the divine wonder of awakening into Reality as the illusion fades away, leaving not a trace of the bitterness, fear, conflict, and suffering that all of you have endured for so long. As peace and harmony sweep across the planet, a sense of blissful contentment will envelop you, and you will lay aside, permanently, all your worries, doubts, anxieties, and sorrows, while the brilliant light of eternal day displays in front of you the exotic, enticing, and supreme magnificence of the Home into which you have awakened.

The time of waiting is almost over, as enormous changes of attitude and perception enable you to look with love instead of fear on your sisters and brothers everywhere, and see them looking back at you in like manner. Remember, what you see is what you choose to see, and you have a veritable smorgåsbord of choices that can take you deeper into the illusion, or outwards towards the exit. And because of the divine energy field encircling the planet, more and more of you are heading for the exit and encountering friendship, forgiveness, compassion, and acceptance from those alongside you who are going the same way. There are still many who have not yet started out in that direction, but the prospect is becoming ever more alluring for them.

A few are still choosing to go deeper, and the deeper they go the fewer they meet who are willing to go with them, although there are still some very spiritually advanced ones among them attempting to persuade them to turn around. Some most definitely will, even at this late stage, while the rest will find themselves in an environment that seems totally familiar, and in which they can continue to play until they finally make the choice to leave, as eventually they will. On awakening, their welcome Home will be just as wondrous as yours, and they too will realize at that moment that they have been asleep for only an instant.

Our Father’s Love for us – all of His children throughout creation – is beyond understanding. It can only be known and experienced, and that is what lies ahead for you – the experience of ultimate Reality, Heaven, Paradise, infinite bliss – and your imminent arrival in that glorious awakened state is guaranteed, assured, and inevitable.

It is to be an event of unprecedented significance

We – all of God’s divine creation – are almost euphoric as we observe the moment of humanity’s awakening approaching rapidly. The “we” includes you, because deep within you, where you know that you are divine beings, you too are well aware of the momentous event that has been meticulously planned and whose time is almost upon you. To understand this with the limited sentience that you have available to you in the illusion is impossible. But your awakened Selves – at One with God – fully understand, and are filled with joyful anticipation as we wait for the divine dawn to break and awaken you all.
It is to be an event of unprecedented significance that will amaze and delight you as it unfolds, and you finally awaken from the dream into Reality. It is a state that is impossible for you to imagine, despite its being your natural state. Nevertheless, when you awaken, you will instantly realize that you are Home, and your joy will be boundless.
You have been traveling for a very long time on your spiritual journey toward awakening, and much of what you have experienced has been extremely traumatic. Initially it seemed that separation from God would be fun, interesting, and exciting. The fun did not last long, but the excitement intensified and then changed to fear as your survival became increasingly threatened, and you began to identify yourselves more and more as bodies, instead of as spiritual beings having an imaginary bodily experience. And with that misidentification of yourselves your fear and confusion grew. You began to imagine strange gods whom you could offend, and who, unless expiated, would punish you severely; and any catastrophe – flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, drought, famine, and even personal tragedies – became evidence for you of the gods’ anger with you. It is only very recently that beliefs of that nature have been released, allowing you to start making progress on the spiritual path that would lead you Home, and your rate of progress has been accelerating wonderfully since then. No longer are you trapped in a seemingly endless loop of punishing disasters and constant acts of expiation.
The realization that God is all-loving and never punishes was a great spiritual step forward for humanity – a step into true knowledge. There are still many who are hanging on to the belief in a judging and punishing god, and many more who are atheist or agnostic. However, all have the divine Flame burning within them, and the powerful energy effects that those who pray and meditate regularly are creating all across the planet are nudging these lost ones to look within and discover their own divine Flame.
Not one person on Earth today remains unaffected by the Love that sweeps constantly across, through, and around the planet, nudging all toward their natural state of wakefulness. Everyone is feeling it, although they may be very confused, initially, by what they are feeling. But that confusion is clearing as people start to experience love, compassion, and acceptance on a scale that has never before been seen on Planet Earth.
The awakening process is accelerating and intensifying. No one is completely unaware of the divine energies embracing them. All that is necessary for all to awaken is a desire for peace, love, and abundance for all. And that desire is growing and strengthening in every moment as the dawn approaches. And as it passes, the glorious brilliance of eternal day will envelop you and embrace you forever.

You are love, you are peace, you are stability

As you approach the end of your journey, which has taken you to the farthest reaches of your imaginary reality, rejoice! Because at last you are coming Home. . . Home to the magnificent divine welcome that awaits each of you when you complete the journey – a journey that has been long, arduous, stressful, and at times very painful and confusing. Many of you have frequently wondered if it had any meaning, if there was any point in continuing onwards, if in fact there truly was a destination where you would eventually arrive. Your hope and your faith have been severely tested, and yet you pressed on. . . because from time to time you caught glimpses of the Light within, beckoning you forwards.



You have never been without that inner Light, but the ease with which the constant stream of happenings in the illusion caught your attention has distracted you, causing you to lose sight of it for long periods of time – often referred to as “the dark night of the soul.” Now your awareness of it is returning and you are responding to its simple beauty and perfection as it gently persuades you to follow it Home. And you are remembering that that has always been your intent, and you are encouraged by that memory to focus on completing the journey.



To focus on completing that eons-long journey is your most pressing and urgent task, and it is why you are present in physical form at this point in your spiritual evolution. A great upward evolutionary movement is due for all those on the spiritual evolutionary path, and you are here to be a part of it. Your presence is necessary not only for your own evolution, but also to help the deeply sleeping multitudes who are, themselves, due to take this momentous evolutionary step. It is a move out of attitudes that are self-centered, defensive, competitive, fearful, and confrontational into ones that are loving, cooperative, and harmonious. All must and will take this step, and to do so it is essential to release all those ancient unloving attitudes that in the illusion, for your own safety and well-being, seem so normal and sensible.



You are receiving enormous assistance with this task from those in the spiritual realms, so that you can demonstrate these loving attitudes and behaviors continuously. Many of you are already doing so most effectively, and you must continue to do so in every situation and interaction, even if it seems that you are being denounced, threatened, or attacked. To respond to those kinds of situations in any other way just draws you back into the illusion.



It takes great courage to demonstrate unconditional love constantly, but you chose to be here to do that, and you most definitely have that courage. When you feel doubt, anxiety, or fear, turn inwards and ask for help because your guides, your angels, and the Holy Spirit will respond instantly to your call for help; that is why they accompany you and watch over you at all times. Yes, you may still experience those doubts, anxieties, or fears, but you will also realize that you are not alone, but constantly supported so that you can maintain your energy field as a calm, peaceful, and loving space in the center of any storm that may be raging around you. You are love, you are peace, you are stability, and you can and will demonstrate this in spite of any misgivings you may feel, because you know that your support will not fail you – in fact it will strengthen and intensify.

You will awaken from the nightmare, the illusion, because it is your divine destiny to live eternally at one with God, your loving Father and Creator. That you chose to construct the illusion and hide yourselves from God within it was but a momentary attempt to cut yourselves off from your Source – and that is impossible. Nevertheless, you did manage to convince yourselves that you had succeeded, by imagining an environment that was not particularly hospitable to the bodies in which you chose to undergo that experience. Consequently, your lives as humans have been very demanding as you find yourselves focusing almost ceaselessly on obtaining what you perceive as the essential necessities of life. And it is a constant struggle for you to provide these basic necessities for yourselves, so much so that the vast majority of you have very little time or inclination to give serious consideration to the true meaning of your existence.

Yes, there have been attempts to understand what it is all about, but always with the assumption that your bodies and the world on which they experience existence is real and solid. That assumption makes it extremely difficult for you to connect with your Source, which cannot be perceived by the senses with which your bodies are endowed. A few of you have very limited psychic abilities which convince you that there is more to life than your bodies can perceive, that all is not as it seems, and of course you are correct.

Others, through prayer, meditation, reflection, and inward focus, have had moments of knowing that there is a life of wonder and joy waiting for them to awaken. They have tried to share this knowledge by talking and writing about it, but it can only be known by direct experience, and for the vast majority of humans, apparently confined in bodies, the need to care for those bodies keeps them almost permanently distracted from going within to find the divine Treasure that God has given them.

With the tide of divine energies now sweeping constantly over the planet to stimulate and encourage your awakening process, more and more of you are starting to have doubts about the value and sustainability of your illusory world, and are seeking guidance and information on the subject. You are discovering that there is much available, encouraging and inspiring you to focus on the inner work you need to do in order to cope with the rise in frequency that is occurring in your energy fields in preparation for your move into fully-conscious living.

This inner work has to be done. But do not be put off by the uncomfortable emotions that arise as you do this work, for it is merely the release of pain memories from the past that, at the time they happened, were so unbearable that you buried them deep in the subconscious parts of your minds. To do so was necessary to avoid going into deep depression or even despair, but they did fester and burn within you, and they now need your compassionate acknowledgment so that deep healing can occur, allowing you to release the defensive attitudes that you then embraced to avoid further pain. The release of these memories and the unconditional forgiveness you offer those who caused them will bring you a welcome sense of peace as you start to feel the uplifting energies nudging you towards awakening – the energies that stimulated you to start doing that essential inner work.

Your frequencies are rising in preparation for your awakening. It is a little like the alarm clock going off in the morning and you pushing the “snooze” button; a few minutes later the clock buzzes again, but louder, and again you push the snooze button. After a number of cycles the buzz becomes so loud that you cannot avoid waking up. And so when your frequencies have risen high enough you will awaken into eternal joy.

Saul - 31/08/2011 - What you are experiencing now is a prelude to limitless joy

All over the world major changes are occurring which are leading up to your grand awakening. As you know, it is a done deal that cannot be prevented, and when it happens joyous amazement will delight you all as your faith in God’s promise to you is completely vindicated. To be finally without doubts and anxieties will be a permanent and most uplifting experience. You have carried the Light of God within you through times of great suffering and stress, and it is about to burst forth in exhilarating brilliance to welcome you Home at the end of your long journey.

Presently, during these last moments in the dense fog of the illusion, many of you are feeling very tired and stressed out as your anxieties seem to be intensifying. This has to do with the raising of the frequency of your energy fields as you release the remainder of the unloving attitudes which you had kept deeply buried below your level of conscious awareness, because they were extremely disturbing and unacceptable to you. They have been part of you for so long that letting them go seems almost like a betrayal, similar in a way to changing loyalties by moving from one political, cultural, or religious persuasion to another. You change because it is a matter of personal honesty and integrity. It is a change you know you have to make, and yet you will be leaving a group that you had strongly supported and which had supported you, and to which you still feel a sense of allegiance.

Making major changes like this is stressful. Within yourselves a growing awareness brought to your attention the need to make these changes, but the thought of doing so was frequently very uncomfortable and led you to doubt the desirability of carrying them out. It seems to be a jump into the unknown that could have dire consequences, and yet you know that you must do it. When you make the move the benefits for which you hoped may not be readily apparent, and you may perhaps wonder whether you have made an enormous mistake.

In the illusion it is akin to moving, changing your employment, or terminating a relationship; and frequently it is only after a considerable time has passed that you can see whether or not it was a good move to have made. This is what is driving your anxieties now as you adjust your attitudes and behaviors to be only loving. It makes you feel vulnerable, unsafe, and insecure as the familiar falls away, your frequency rises, and you discover unpleasant aspects of yourselves that had long been hidden from you in denial or repression.

However, what you are experiencing now is a prelude to limitless joy. You are releasing all the damaging aspects of yourselves that hold you firmly in the illusion so that you can float free and unencumbered into the divine energy fields with which you truly resonate, and where you belong. So, release, release, and release, all enmities, judgments, resentments, and grudges. Forgive yourselves and all others, indiscriminately, without retaining any charge on the issues, circumstances, or people you are forgiving. Forgiving totally in this way frees you totally to be in joy at all times. It allows your frequencies to rise so that you can float easily and comfortably into the awakened state, because you will then be able to feel the divine energy field that surrounds you and know that you have every right to be there because you are essential, eternal, and priceless parts of it.

Saul - The light at the surface is reaching down to you!

As the moment of humanity’s awakening approaches, many of you are feeling stressed, wiped out, exhausted, doubtful, and anxious. This is partly due to the conflicting energy frequencies that you are experiencing: the old negative and defensive ones that have been with you for eons, and the new ones of love, compassion, and acceptance. One moment it seems that you are completely enveloped by a dark cloud of the negative ones, and the next, they are swept away by the new ones. It is very unsettling and tiring for you. When you feel the old ones enveloping you, remind yourselves that they are coming to the end of their reign, and soon their influence will fade away. Intend to be embraced by the new ones and open your hearts in loving acceptance.

The other reason for your stress and anxiety is that lots of old, painful issues, to which you have been clinging and which have given you a strange sense of comfort (which is purely due to their familiarity), are coming up into your awareness to be recognized and released. They are mainly old hurts whose perpetrators you have been unable to forgive. Just remind yourselves that they, like you, have often reacted in unkind or unloving ways because of the pain they are suffering. So forgive them now, and forgive yourselves for any pain you may have caused others; and forgive yourselves for not forgiving sooner.

You cannot forgive until you are ready, and you will not be ready until you cease nursing the wounds to which you have been clinging as though they were your own abused children. You may well have been abused as children, but you are now adults capable of understanding that those who did the abusing were themselves suffering extreme torments that drove them to behave so horribly, and you are capable of understanding that you need to forgive them and send them love in order to open your own hearts to receive the abundance of love that is constantly offered to you.

You have enormous amounts of loving assistance available to you if you will call on those in the spiritual realms for help. They are aware of your pain and long to help you come to terms with it and release it, because they delight in seeing you jump for joy when the burden of it is released. If you could be aware of the great number of spiritual beings watching over you and eager to assist you at all times you would be amazed. So ask for help, surrender into the present moment, and release all judgment. When you do that, the sense of peace and well-being that you experience will truly delight you. After you have done it for the first time it will be very much easier the second and subsequent times. Then, as you start to make a habit of it, you will begin to wonder why you hung on to your seeming need to judge for so long. But of course judgment was constantly demonstrated to the vast majority of you during your formative years, and so it seemed normal, essential, and totally appropriate.

Once you release it you will feel as though a great burden has been lifted from your shoulders, as indeed it has, as you chose to lay it down and relinquish the sense of responsibility and righteousness that are its constant and inseparable companions. Now you can interact lovingly and compassionately in every situation involving others – or indeed just yourselves – and the anger you used to experience in difficult situations will decrease and then fade away. To do this is to evolve spiritually, and it is an essential part of the process through which you must pass on your way to awakening. You cannot move into full consciousness while holding on to anger, judgment, blame, or resentment because those attitudes are completely incompatible with your natural state of full consciousness.

As an analogy: life in the illusion is like living in the depths of a murky lake or ocean where you have heavy weights attached to you to keep you submerged. In order to rise to the surface, into the brilliant light of Reality, you have to detach yourselves from all those weights. It has to be a gradual process, because if you released them all at once you would rocket explosively upwards, and that would place you in a state of great shock.

For eons you have been detaching those weights and moving gradually towards the surface, but you have mainly remained unaware of what you were doing except that you were feeling lighter as you rose up from the depths. Now, not only are you feeling lighter, but the light at the surface is reaching down to you and encouraging you up towards the surface, and it is extremely alluring.

To reach the surface and awaken into divine Reality you need to release those last few weights – anger, judgment, blame, and resentment – which are still holding you down. Because you have been carrying them for so long they often feel as though they are essential parts of you, and that without them you would no longer be you. This is not the case. When you release the last of them, the brilliance that is who you truly are will be revealed in all its divine glory. Release those weights, those blocks, and awaken into the glory of your natural divine state.
